Another good read from the Arbinger Institute, if you are up to this kind of books.

In general, this books proclaims there is a huge difference, if you approach people with a mindset that is focused on yourself and if you are really interested in them. This is probably the easy part to grasp and relates nicely the previous book about the boxes.

I am still a bit unsure if I can really live with the idea "if I recognise a problem I am part of it".

Interesting... but not interesting enough

I'm stopping reading this book for now. It was certainly interesting. But after having read the other books from the Arbinger Institute already it didn't hat that much new insights to me. Was rather repetition of the other books. I might pick it up again later.
